No Boundaries Animal Rescue, Inc. is a small, all volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit rescue organization founded by Barbara Ziskin Gray and Meagan Nelson. In Spring of 2017 we discontinued our rescue, foster and adoption program, due to time constraints of life.
